About
Ticci Man Project (TMP) is hosted by Kon Ticci International (KTI), a pending 501c3 nonprofit based in San Diego, CA, (USA).
TMP is designed for the benefit of Native America in terms of both charity and social advancement (equality), especially in regards to the communications industry where NAs and their voice have been largely excluded.
KTI Management Georgina Lightning, Spokesperson Zelan Bonn, MBA, President and Chairman of the Board Pearl Means, Board Russell Means, Board Roger Peterson, CPA, Treasurer Secretary (unfilled) Advisory Board Chair (unfilled)
Volunteers KTI has a growing volunteer base and works under a de-centralized structure and system, allowing key personnel to live and work anywhere in the US and Canada while contributing to the project.
Offices KTI intends to open offices in Los Angles by early 2010 in preparation for the 2010 Celebrity Festival for Native America in Hollywood.
Project Credentials This is the only project of its kind for its scope, size, and focus in the world. There is no person on Earth who has done a project quite like this before because such a project has never been done before. Therefore, we look to working professionals who each, on their own, have what it takes to get their respective jobs done.
Want to know about our TV production crews--no problem--the people we hire have tons of professional experience. Want to know about our film crews---same answer---we hire qualified people. Want to know about any aspects of what we do... ask us and we'll tell you who's handling what and their credentials. This is not rocket science.
Budget KTI has an extremely low operating budget as most personnel are volunteers. However, we currently project $202,000 operating costs for 2010 (currently unfunded). Most costs are associated with the Celebrity Festival For Native America's management and oversight.
Funding & Sponsorship The Celebrity Festival For Native America funding is expected to come from a combination of philanthropist, foundations, private donations, and corporate sponsors, including: film television studios, networks, talent agencies, Native American businesses, nonprofits, foreign businesses, Blue Chip corporations and others. Government funding is not currently sought or anticipated.
Charity Beneficiaries All charity funds raised by KTI/TMP will be given to vetted worthy nonprofit organizations already doing good work in, or for, Native America as selected by the KTI Board with input from the Advisory Council (made up of major donors and sponsors).
